 Role Summary:

As a Sales Property Consultant at Myra, your main objective is to assist homebuyers on their home-owning journey, making the purchase of their most-prized possession easy and exciting. You will actively engage with potential clients, provide personalized assistance, and ensure a pleasant experience in our sales galleries. Your efforts will contribute to achieving sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients, providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process to ensure their needs are met.
2. Lead Generation: Utilize innovative lead generation techniques to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the target market.
3. Negotiation: Negotiate effectively with clients to secure favorable terms and close sales agreements, maximizing revenue for the company.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, informing sales strategies and decision-making.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and development, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and initiatives.
7. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance and achieving targets.
8. Gallery Management: Ensure the sales gallery is clean, well-maintained, and provides a welcoming environment for clients.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speakers are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Self-motivated, positive and ability to deliver results even when the going gets tough.
• To have at least 1 year of relevant experience in property sales/ property developer or real estate industry but fresh grads who are hungry to learn are welcomed!
• Must have own transport.
• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Real Estate or Equivalent.
• Comfortable being based in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi (Myra Dahlia) / Putra Height (Myra Yara) / Dengkil (Myra Saujana) / Myra Alam (Puncak Alam)
