This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in telco procurement. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors and partners</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Support and manage <strong>commercial operations</strong> including supplier quotations, cost benchmarking, pricing strategy, and internal approvals</li><li>Handle <strong>end-to-end contract management</strong> including reviewing, drafting, and coordinating with internal stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and review <strong>customer proposals</strong>, pricing sheets, and commercial documentation for RFPs/RFQs</li><li>Liaise with global and regional <strong>telco vendors and partners</strong> to negotiate costs, service levels, and contract terms</li><li>Monitor and track contract performance, including <strong>SLA compliance</strong> and commercial milestones</li><li>Work closely with Sales and Provisioning teams to align commercial terms with customer delivery</li><li>Participate in <strong>commercial process improvements</strong> and automation initiatives (e.g. ERP tools, AI support tools)</li><li>Maintain and update accurate records of contracts, supplier quotes, and commercial agreements</li></ul>
