Job Description

• Prepare quotations.
• Process sales orders and perform data entry for deliveries.  
• Issue purchase requisitions when stock levels are inadequate.  
• Coordinate with the store regarding goods delivery.  
• Manage customer inquiries over the phone and assist walk-in clients.  
• Undertake any additional projects or assignments as assigned by the Company or within the Group of Companies, as needed.

Job Requirements

• At least SPM/STPM or a Diploma in a relevant field  
• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience  
• Proficient in computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office  
• Highly self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision  
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
