Job Description

• Implement corporate sales strategies and marketing tactics
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and business partners to drive sales growth
• Meet designated sales goals and product mix targets
• Manage collections in line with the company’s credit policies
• Assess product performance and suggest enhancements
• Deliver post-sales support, including training and addressing issues
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management

Job Requirements

• Qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or similar), Business, Marketing, Finance, or an equivalent field
• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred (Recent graduates are welcome to apply)
• Results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-driven, independent, and focused on customer satisfaction
• Must have personal transportation and be open to travel
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
