NEXEA is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven, independent, and sharp communicator to help us build a strong pipeline of top founders for the Entrepreneurs Programme (EP) a private forum for high-calibre entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Do

• Generate high-quality leads through outreach, events, and assigned channels
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and book interviews with founders
• Follow up consistently and manage a clean, organised pipeline
• Update CRM/Google Sheets & maintain accurate data
• Track daily metrics and support programme operations
• Occasionally attend meetings or events when required

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Able to work 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
• Professional-level English (spoken & written)
• Must have sales experience
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Highly self-driven, responsible & goal-focused
• Experience with cold calls is a bonus!
• Bonus: Familiar with Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn, Apollo, Aimfox
