Job Description

 We’re looking for an Accounting Intern who is detail-oriented, curious, and excited to gain real hands-on experience. This is not a “just do filing and photocopying” kind of internship — you’ll get to support real finance operations, learn from the team, and build useful accounting skills along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating invoices and helping with daily bookkeeping 
  • Performing bank reconciliations, accounts reconciliations, and transaction matching 
  • Supporting Accounts Receivable tasks, including tracking payments and outstanding balances 
  • Keeping accounting records neat, organised, and up to date 
  • Helping the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and learning as you go 

What You’ll Learn

  • How the full accounting cycle works in real life 
  • What finance operations look like in an SME environment 
  • How to use accounting systems and Excel more confidently 
  • The basics of financial reporting and compliance 
  • How to work with a supportive Finance team that guides you along the way

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Students from Business Administrative, Finance, Accounting, or related fields 
  • Final-year students are preferred, but all candidates are welcome 
  • Someone with basic accounting knowledge 
  • A person who is detail-oriented, organised, and reliable 
  • Someone proactive, motivated, and not afraid to ask questions 
  • Able to commit for 6 months preferably, minimum 4 months
