<li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all assigned stores.</li>
<li>Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li>
<li>Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.</li>
<li>Ensure high customer service standards across all stores.</li>
<li>Address customer complaints and implement service improvements.</li>
<li>Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance satisfaction.</li>
<li>Recruit, train, and mentor staff.</li>
<li>Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.</li>
<li>Develop a high-performance service culture and ensure employee engagement.</li>
<li>Ensure stores comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.</li>
