Patient Safety Associate – Intern

Department: Patient Safety & Pharmacovigilance

Job Description

1. To support the management of Patient Safety operational processes.
2. Manage the collection, processing, documentation, reporting and follow up of all adverse event reports. 
3. Perform reconciliation with other departments.
4. Management and maintenance of all relevant Patient Safety databases (hardcopy and softcopy).
5. Ensure that relevant local literature articles are screened as appropriate. 
6. Prepare and submit KPI reports on compliance in a timely manner.
7. Support Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance training and awareness campaign.
8. Support execution and governance of Patient Oriented Programs

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

1. Education background in healthcare sciences, life science or equivalent training and experience. 
2. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. 
3. Computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
