Job Description
<ol>
<li>To support the management of Patient Safety operational processes.</li>
<li>Manage the collection, processing, documentation, reporting and follow up of all adverse event reports.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform reconciliation with other departments.</li>
<li>Management and maintenance of all relevant Patient Safety databases (hardcopy and softcopy).</li>
<li>Ensure that relevant local literature articles are screened as appropriate.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and submit KPI reports on compliance in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Support Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance training and awareness campaign.</li>
<li>Support execution and governance of Patient Oriented Programs</li>
</ol>

• Manage patient-safety operations: collect/process/report adverse events and maintain records.
• Be part of Patient Safety &amp; Pharmacovigilance, screening literature and boosting training.
• Gain hands-on PV exposure: KPI reporting &amp; patient programs

• Menyokong operasi keselamatan pesakit: kumpul, proses &amp; lapor kesan buruk, urus pangkalan data dan rekonsiliasi.  
• Bekerja dalam pasukan yang fokus kepada keselamatan pesakit.  
• Pendedahan praktikal dan latihan dalam pengurusan keselamatan pesakit!
