Job Description

You will intern in finance & accounting team for a high-growth technology company. You will learn & practice on managing account receivables, account payables, booking keeping and preparation of monthly management account. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!

• Inputting financial transactions into accounting software and maintaining accurate records
• Filing and organizing financial documents, ensuring proper documentation of all data. 
• Matching financial records with bank statements and other sources
• Updating and maintaining existing databases and records with new or revised information. 
• Handling general administrative duties related to finance and accounting.
• Providing support to the accounting department with various tasks as needed. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must be pursuing diploma or degree in related fields.
• Preferably 6 - 12 months of internship duration. Minimum duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
• A strong typing ability is essential for efficient data entry.
• Accuracy is crucial in data entry, requiring careful attention to detail when inputting and verifying information. 
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
