Job Description

We are looking for interns to join our I.T. Support Department and assist with our business financial and commercial software projects.

Internship Duration: Minimum 4 months

Job Responsibilities Include:-

• Handle installation and upgrades of new releases
• Support and answer to customer queries, troubleshoot and provide tips to resolve issues via telephone, email and internet
• Form Customisation
• ad-hoc quality assurance of program when the need arises
• ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree students in Information Technology (IT), Computer Studies, Accounting, Business, or other related field.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Analytical mindset and strong diagnostic skills
• Self-motivated, patient and helpful personality is definitely a plus!
• Communication skill in English (both written and verbal), Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
