This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive the company’s growth within the modern trade channel. The role involves building and nurturing strong partnerships with key modern trade accounts, designing and implementing impactful trade programs, and leading a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent revenue growth and expand market share.

<ins>Responsibilities:</ins>
<ol>
<li>Develop and execute the overall modern trade sales strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and revenue targets.</li>
<li>Lead negotiations and manage relationships with modern trade accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, and organized retail chains.</li>
<li>Set sales targets, define KPIs, and oversee execution of promotional activities, trade marketing plans, and merchandising strategies.</li>
<li>Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing modern trade sales team. Ensure proper training, coaching, and performance management.</li>
<li>Coach and develop sales team capabilities in term of skills &amp; competencies as well as Technical &amp; Products Knowledge.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and demand fulfillment.</li>
<li>Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities (e.g. new customer, new products range, &amp; etc.)</li>
<li>Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize assortment, pricing, and in-store execution strategies.</li>
<li>Manage trade expenditure and promotional budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on trade investments</li>
<li>To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.</li>
</ol>
