Job Description

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to management.
     
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including:
     
  • Preparing agendas
     
  • Taking minutes
     
  • Tracking and following up on action items.
     
  • Manage calendars, schedules, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
     
  • Handle confidential discussions, documents, and meetings with high discretion.
     
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support decision-making.
     
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
     
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for task alignment and administrative support.
     
  • Maintain organized office records, files, and internal databases.
     
  • Assist in improving office workflows and internal processes for better efficiency.
     
  • Conduct research and gather relevant data or insights as requested by management.
     
  • Support communication and correspondence via email, phone, and official channels.
     
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration, or related field.
     
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (must demonstrate strong attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn).
     
  • 1–2 years experience in PA, admin, or secretary role is a plus.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
     
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (business communication level).
     
  • Able to communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
     
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
     
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
     
  • High integrity, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information.
     
  • Proactive, solution-focused, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
