Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<li>To handle basic accounts and accounting records to ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.</li>
<li>Handle daily accounting transaction including data entry and invoicing</li>
<li>Issue quotation, invoice, official receipt, delivery order, credit note and statement of account</li>
<li>Update payment collection</li>
<li>Process all claim submission</li>
<li>Perform data-entry, documentation, printing &amp; filing duties.</li>
<li>Oversee office administration.</li>
<li>Contact customers by email and answer incoming call</li>
<li>Maintain and update sales and customer records.</li>
<li>Arrange delivery of order to customer.</li>
<li>Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.</li>
</ul>
