Responsible for coordinating and managing the maintenance of shipping equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations. The role involves monitoring equipment usage, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and optimizing asset utilization to support smooth shipping operations.&nbsp;

<li>Equipment Management &amp; Operations&nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and manage the movement of empty and laden containers to ensure optimal equipment utilization.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track equipment inventory and maintain accurate records in the system.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manifest submission for empty containers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor depots inventory daily and ensures timely clean-up of overdue containers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle Off Hire containers, including obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring prompt re-delivery. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
2. Vendor &amp; Service Provider Coordination&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, depots, and repair facilities to ensure service quality and efficiency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Resolve operational issues, including equipment shortages, delays and maintenance requirements.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
3.Compliance &amp; Safety&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding equipment handling. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment meets industry safety and regulatory standards.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with relevant authorities and internal teams on compliance matters.</li>
</ul>
4. Reporting&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Prepare and present reports on equipment performance, issues, and recommendations to senior management.</li>
</ul>
5. Others&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in meeting operational requirements, enhancing competitive advantages and reporting to the Regional Operation Manager.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure job orders are created within the given timeframe with no outstanding jobs exceeding 60 days.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
