Key Responsibilities

<li>Manage and grow online sales performance across platforms. (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)</li>
<li>Develop and implement ecommerce strategies aligned with business goals and marketing calendars.</li>
<li>Lead promotional planning, pricing strategies, and campaign execution.</li>
<li>Optimize product listings, SEO, content, and user experience on e-marketplaces.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI, etc.) and report performance insights to management.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with platform account managers and key ecommerce partners.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with ecommerce trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.</li>
