<li>Provide support in all aspects of human resource and administrative functions.</li>
<li>Staff training – source for and liaise with external trainers, venue bookings, logistic arrangements, prepare annual training calendar, training budgets, reports and analysis, etc.</li>
<li>Staff recruitment - Liaise with recruitment agencies, online job portals and internal department heads on recruitment needs.</li>
<li>Screen job applicants and arrange interview appointments with the hiring managers.</li>
<li>Coordinate and organise corporate events, annual dinners, convention trips etc.</li>
<li>In-charge of application/renewal/cancellation of corporate cards and fuel cards.</li>
</ul>
