Job Description

• Enhance and execute the Risk Management processes including frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly Risk Management reports to Senior Management and Risk Management Committee.
• Conduct global risk scanning to identify and assess emerging risks, including climate risk.
• Manage and coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery Planning initiatives.
• Support internal audit assignments and manage enterprise-wide risk initiatives.
• Acts as the central liaison person for all risk-related matters with Group Risk.
• Promote risk awareness.

Job Requirements

• Degree in related discipline.
• Professional certification in risk management or compliance will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit or Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Climate Risk and enterprise risk practices.
• Good written, communication and presentation skills.
• A strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to multi-task and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
