<h4><strong>1. Payroll &amp; HR Administration</strong></h4>

<li>Handle full set of payroll processing accurately and timely, including salary computation, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), allowances, deductions, and overtime.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain and update payroll records, employee attendance, and leave management system.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit statutory filings and annual income tax reporting (e.g., EA forms).</li>
<li>Liaise with finance department on payroll reconciliation and payments.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and recruitment planning.</li>
<li>Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing to offer management.</li>
<li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and creative channels.</li>
<li>Liaise with recruitment agencies for executive-level placements.</li>
<li>Ensure timely staffing for retail outlets and office departments, especially during new store openings.</li>

<h4><strong>3. Onboarding &amp; Offboarding</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.</li>
<li>Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and related HR documents.</li>
<li>Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. Performance Management &amp; Employee Relations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the implementation of the performance appraisal process.</li>
<li>Support managers in KPI setting, performance tracking, and performance improvement plans.</li>
<li>Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Promote a positive working environment and employee engagement initiatives.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h4><strong>5. Training &amp; Development</strong></h4>

<li>Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.</li>
