Our Culture

<p>We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented <strong>In-House Accounts Executive</strong> to manage our daily accounting and finance operations. This role is hands-on and covers the full bookkeeping cycle, from invoicing and collections to payments and basic financial reporting.</p>
<p>You will work closely with management to ensure accurate records, healthy cash flow, and timely financial processes.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records</li>
<li>Issue invoices and follow up on collections with customers</li>
<li>Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)</li>
<li>Prepare payment schedules and process supplier payments</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of accounting documents (physical and digital)</li>
<li>Prepare basic financial reports (e.g. P&amp;L, cash flow summaries)</li>
<li>Liaise with external accountants, auditors, or tax agents when required</li>
<li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed</li>
</ul>
