Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle daily IT operations support and troubleshooting, including support for networking, servers, hardware, and other IT infrastructure.
- Deliver local IT support for LAN/WAN network environments and ensure minimal downtime.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hardware, software, and IT resources; Need to handle the IT asset and software audits.
- Collaborate with the HQ IT team to resolve specific IT issues and ensure alignment with group-wide IT policies and standards.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor degree/ Higher Diploma in Computer Science/ Business Computing/ IT / or equivalent.
- Knowledge in System Administration, Server Active Directory, Backup software, MS Office and Firewall.
- Strong knowledge of IT administration and Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang and able to travel.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and interact with staff at all levels.
- Preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System Admin or equivalent.
