About the Role
Paydee Group, a member of Advance Synergy Berhad, is currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our daily operations.&nbsp;
The selected intern will be hired under one of our subsidiaries—either YASH F&amp;B in Kuala Lumpur or Captii HR in Glenmarie—depending on operational needs.

What you will do
<ul>
<li>You will be involved in overall Recruitment and On-boarding processes which include arranging interviews, posting job advertisements, maintaining recruitment database and etc.</li>
<li>You will handle HR daily operation duties including digitizing HR documents, maintain staff records, filing HR documents, preparing HR letters and etc</li>
<li>You will co-coordinate training and development initiatives</li>
<li>You will assist in organizing employee engagement activities</li>
<li>You will also be required to attend to any other ad hoc assignments or special projects as directed by the manager/ director</li>
</ul>
