Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within the HOSPITAL, FOOD INDUSTRY and HORECA sectors. This role involves overseeing account activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Relationship Management:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.

* Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction.

Account Strategy and Development:

* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services to existing clients.

Market and Industry Insights:

* Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

* Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market research and industry knowledge.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

* Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.

* Monitor contract performance and address any contractual issues that arise.

Reporting and Analysis:

* Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients and senior management.

* Analyze account metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

* Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Biotechnology or any related field.
  • Experience: Preferable with experience in account management within the Food Safety, Chemistry, HORECA and Hospital.
