&nbsp;Job Scope 
<ul>
<li>Attending to inbound and outbound calls/emails.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with customers on a timely basis and provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, discrepancies, and short payments.</li>
<li>Execute collection activities, reconcile, and track daily/ monthly AR balance accounts with customer records.</li>
<li>Responsible for prompt collection for all outstanding debts by monitoring overdue accounts receivables.</li>
<li>Call and pursue the collection of any arrears and to negotiate repayment schedules and ensure minimal risk of bad debts.</li>
<li>Handle customers’ feedback / complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve issues.</li>
<li>Maintain close interactions with internal and external customers to ensure smooth day to day operations.</li>
<li>Perform any other tasks as and when assigned.</li>
</ul>
