We are dedicated and passionate about our vision - to be the leading provider of total customer solutions in the oil sector and its allied businesses.We are seeking dynamic &amp; innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference &amp; are fueled to succeed! &nbsp;Responsibilities:<ol><li>Supervise shift personnel, including Process Technicians, Boilermen, and Lab Technicians, to ensure smooth plant operations.</li><li>Monitor and optimize process parameters to meet production targets and improve efficiency.</li><li>Ensure product quality compliance by working closely with the Lab team and addressing process deviations.</li><li>Troubleshoot operational issues, respond to process upsets, and make real-time decisions to maintain plant stability.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li><li>Lead shift handovers, report operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain accurate shift reports, production records, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Participate in safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.</li><li>Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize energy consumption.</li></ol>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in process operations, preferably in biodiesel, oleochemical, petrochemical, or refinery plants.</li><li>At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a shift-based production environment.</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is an advantage.</li><li>High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and compliance.</li><li>Willing to work on a shift basis and be based in Port Dickson.</li></ul>Thank you for your application!
