Job Description

  •  Process customer orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
     
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from retailers and suppliers
     
  • Maintain records for inventory, sales, and customer accounts
     
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams on orders and schedules
     
  • Prepare reports on sales, stock levels, and deliveries
     
  • File and organize documents (purchase orders, invoices, receipts)
