Job Overview
As a Finance and Admin Executive, you’ll collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Pickle Social Club and its sister brand, TRIBE. In this role you’ll assist with maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning – all within a fast-paced, growing environment.
Job Roles &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Finance &amp; Accounting</li>
<ul>
<li>Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts&nbsp;</li>
<li>receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Process invoices, expense claims, and payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date financial records; ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks)</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial reports are submitted on time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants on financial matters.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of statutory filings, SST/GST submissions, and other regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Drive process improvements to enhance financial and administrative efficiency across the organisation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and workflows.</li>
</ul>
<li>Administration &amp; Office Management</li>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of company documents, contracts, and employee files.</li>
<li>Manage procurement and vendor relationships, including sourcing office supplies and coordinating with service providers.</li>
<li>Assist with HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, record-keeping, and onboarding support.</li>
