We are looking for an HR Intern to support our hiring efforts! This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles across the organization. You'll gain exposure to real-world recruitment processes in a high-growth, fastpaced FinTech environment.

<ins>Responsibilities we entrust you with:</ins>
As a HR Intern, you will:&nbsp;
● Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases&nbsp;
● Screen resumes and schedule interviews for non-tech roles&nbsp;
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements&nbsp;
● Maintain and update HR records, applicant tracking sheets, and reports&nbsp;
● Support onboarding activities and documentation&nbsp;
● Help execute employee engagement and employer branding initiatives&nbsp;
● Participate in ongoing HR projects and process improvements
