<p><strong><ins>Front Desk &amp; Hospitality</ins></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.</li>
<li>Manage calls, visitor check-ins, meeting room bookings, and ensure smooth first impressions.</li>
<li>Keep shared spaces (reception, pantry, meeting rooms) tidy, stocked, and ready for use.</li>
<li>Set the tone for the office each day—quietly, confidently, and with care.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><ins>Office Operations</ins></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and restock supplies, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with vendors or building management.</li>
<li>Raise and process procurement requests, manage invoices, and follow up with Finance.</li>
<li>Maintain tidy and updated records—inventory lists, facilities checklists, key and access logs.</li>
<li>Support basic troubleshooting or quick fixes when something breaks, runs low, or needs attention.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><ins>HR Administrative Support</ins></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with onboarding logistics: prepare name tags, access passes, parking registration, and welcome kits.</li>
<li>Track medical leave submissions, collect MC certificates, and follow up on documentation gaps.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize staff records and HR documentation (e.g., Google Drive, printed forms).</li>
<li>Support employee travel coordination: bookings, itineraries, and reimbursement documentation.</li>
<li>Provide gentle reminders and keep simple HR-related processes on track.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><ins>Meeting and Event Coordination</ins></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare rooms, refreshments, and logistics for internal meetings and training sessions.</li>
<li>Help coordinate festive events or small team celebrations (decor, RSVPs, light catering, etc).</li>
<li>Draft memos, send invites, and ensure event-day readiness from start to finish.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><ins>Ad-hoc &amp; Special Support</ins></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with occasional research, bookings, or administrative support for C-Suite leaders or HR.</li>
<li>Follow up on small projects and help ensure timelines are met with quiet consistency.</li>
