Responsibilities :-
<ul>
<li>Sourcing, negotiating, comparing, and analysing materials and services to be purchased, and evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure in line with the technical specification and commercial terms required</li>
<li>Be in-charge of daily procurement processes such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules</li>
<li>Evaluate vendor's performance based on quality standards, delivery time &amp; best prices</li>
<li>Ensure all procurement processes and documents are following company policies and well documented</li>
<li>Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior</li>
<li>Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 &amp; ISO 45001:2018 requirement and best practices in procurement</li>
<li>Taking overall responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness of the HSE management system and prevention of work-related injury and ill health, as well as the provision of environmentally friendly, safe and healthy workplace and activities</li>
