ALLU, the leading buying institution of Preloved Luxury Goods from Japan is expanding its business in Malaysia, looking for Customer Service candidates with below requirements:

Role Description:
This is a full-time Customer Service role at ALLU Malaysia located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves handling customer support, communication with clients, providing customer service, and managing contact center activities.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries through social media (Instagram and Facebook), instant messenger (WhatsApp, Zalo), Email, phone calls, website, and other forms of incoming inquiries</li>
<li>Respond and clarify customer comments in public domain</li>
<li>Do the classification for transactional and non-transactional inquiry</li>
<li>Distribute all transactional inquiries to Concierges and team in order to follow up further with the customer and working closely with Concierges for closing the transactions</li>
<li>Close loop communication on all the non-transactional inquires and give feedback on how to convert the non-transactional inquiries into transactional inquiries</li>
<li>Maintain and update daily report</li>
<li>Actively reach customer to inform any running CRM program</li>
</ul>

• Handle multichannel customer inquiries (social, chat, email, phone), route transactional cases and close communication.
• Join Malaysia expansion of a leading buyer of preloved Japanese luxury.
• Drive conversions with concierges and CRM outreach!

• Balas pertanyaan via sosial, e-mel &amp; telefon; klasifikasi &amp; rujuk ke Concierge.
• Pembeli barangan mewah preloved Jepun yang sedang berkembang di Malaysia.
• Kembangkan kemahiran CRM, penutupan transaksi dan pendedahan pasaran mewah, mohon sekarang!
