• To ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems and networks, installs, and configuring hardware and software, and solving technical issues.
• To provide technical support for desktop and notebook users nationwide.
• To provide first-level support for Internet, file servers and application servers
• To manage the support and maintenance contract of hardware and software with the vendors.
• Maintain and administration in Windows, file and print server by patching, system log diagnose and fine-tuning.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues on our users' encounters.
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
• To set up and maintain computers and peripherals.
• Create and maintain user account - Windows login and email account.
• Maintain and set up network connectivity.
• Responsible for the availability of email services, CCTV, access card system, IP Phone system.
• Maintain updated documentation of IT Systems, create and verify backups of data. Ensure backups are fully performed daily, weekly and monthly.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to all the related hardware and software issues, working closely across departments, to jointly drive the business requirements through to completion.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking personnel.
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies, data interface, system integration, firewall, application administrative, cloud services and maintenance functions.
• PC Hardware/ Software installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting networking equipment, wireless (Wi-Fi) equipment, computers, servers and peripherals.
• Hand-on experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Certifications like MCSE / MCSA would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting networking, Microsoft / Linux platform, LAN, Internet, TCP/IP.
• Have the initiative to perform and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transportation
