<p>Job Description</p>
<ul>
<li>To ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems and networks, installs, and configuring hardware and software, and solving technical issues.</li>
<li>To provide technical support for desktop and notebook users nationwide.</li>
<li>To provide first-level support for Internet, file servers and application servers</li>
<li>To manage the support and maintenance contract of hardware and software with the vendors.</li>
<li>Maintain and administration in Windows, file and print server by patching, system log diagnose and fine-tuning.</li>
<li>Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues on our users' encounters.</li>
<li>Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.</li>
<li>To set up and maintain computers and peripherals.</li>
<li>Create and maintain user account - Windows login and email account.</li>
<li>Maintain and set up network connectivity.</li>
<li>Responsible for the availability of email services, CCTV, access card system, IP Phone system.</li>
<li>Maintain updated documentation of IT Systems, create and verify backups of data. Ensure backups are fully performed daily, weekly and monthly.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to all the related hardware and software issues, working closely across departments, to jointly drive the business requirements through to completion.</li>
