PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily closing activities to ensure timely completion

• Assist with financial closing (monthly/quarter/year-end) to fulfil financial reporting requirements

• Support the new product launch or changes in accounting for policy admin/non-policy systems from a finance perspective, including UAT

• Support finance team members in ad hoc projects and process improvements

• Assist the finance team meet financial closing deadlines

• Support Finance initiatives to improve systems, process and controls in Finance functions before and after implementation

• Collaborate with IT, Operations and Actuarial teams to enhance systems and processes, boosting Finance's efficiency, accuracy and compliance.

• Adapt quickly to change and handle ad hoc tasks

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information
