The team in KL supports the team in Hong Kong on all deliverables and processes, working closely with the Hong Kong team on a daily basis.Job Scope:Work within the GPM team to deliver high-quality management information (MI), performance management analysis, actual reporting, forecasting, planning and remuneration to senior committees, including the Group Executive Committee (GEC). Continuously enhance and expand PowerBI dashboards, work closely with tech team to build out online data repository, further optimise and automate data linkage and structure across the Group. Support urgent requests and BAU deliverables in a timely manner while maintaining a good balance between flexibility and control.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Principal Accountabilities:Key Accountabilities1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support various GPM deliverables including PowerBI dashboards covering MI, performance management analysis, actual reporting, forecasting, and planning.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Enhance and optimise existing processes and controls.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with KL and HK team to deliver urgent ad-hoc requests.4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate closely with local businesses and Group teams.Performance Measures1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Consistently deliver high quality products within established timelines.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform well under pressure.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide clear communicate and closely manage expectations of the line manager.Core Competences Required:<ul><li>Proficient in PowerBI.
