The role involves leading sales teams in wealth, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer engagement to achieve canopy target.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies to drive bancassurance product performance across all branches.</li><li>Lead, coach and support sales team to achieve assigned targets in APE and NBP.</li><li>Monitor daily sales performance and provide timely feedback, support and intervention where needed.</li><li>Coordinate closely with bank partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and campaign execution.</li><li>Conduct regularly sales meeting and performance reviews to build sales team capability.</li><li>Analyze market trends, customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.</li><li>Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.</li></ul><div></div>JOB SPECIFICATION:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CFP preferred)</li><li>Minimum&nbsp;10 years&nbsp;of relevant experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role in wealth management</li><li>Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning and bancassurance.</li><li>Sales and achievement-oriented with positive mindset and a good team-player.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>Passionate about supporting and coaching role.</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
