<li>Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information</li>
<li>Handle documentation related to freight forwarding, such as shipping instructions, bill of lading and invoice</li>
<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding services, rates and shipment status</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of shipments</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance and logistics to ensure timely delivery of services.</li>
<li>Coordinate shipment schedules, track shipment, and communication updates to customers</li>
<li>Assist in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and prepare reports for the sales team</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements and company policies.</li>
</ul>
