Employee Experience & Culture: Develop and execute employee experience strategies and frameworks that foster engagement, recognition, and a sense of belonging throughout the employee life cycle.
Employee Feedback & Analysis: Manage employee surveys and analyse feedback data to identify trends and drive initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives impacting employee experience, ensuring smooth adoption through structured frameworks and communication plans.
Employee Communications: Create and deliver clear, engaging communication strategies that reinforce culture and connect employees to the firm's priorities.
What you’ll bring
Experience
6–8 years in HR, Talent, Employee Experience, or Consulting roles.
Proven track record in project management and change management.
Prior experience managing a small team is a plus.
Skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Familiarity with employee engagement tools and HR systems.
Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving capability.
