What you’ll do 

  • Employee Experience & Culture: Develop and execute employee experience strategies and frameworks that foster engagement, recognition, and a sense of belonging throughout the employee life cycle. 

  • Employee Feedback & Analysis: Manage employee surveys and analyse feedback data to identify trends and drive initiatives that improve engagement and retention. 

  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives impacting employee experience, ensuring smooth adoption through structured frameworks and communication plans. 

  • Employee Communications: Create and deliver clear, engaging communication strategies that reinforce culture and connect employees to the firm's priorities. 

What you’ll bring  

Experience 

  • 6–8 years in HR, Talent, Employee Experience, or Consulting roles. 

  • Proven track record in project management and change management. 

  • Prior experience managing a small team is a plus. 

Skills 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with employee engagement tools and HR systems. 

  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving capability.
