As a Assistant Manager, Strategic Operations at Qra, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, unlock new growth opportunities, and bring big ideas to life—all in support of Qra’s mission to curate quality food and experiences for our customers.

You’ll work across departments to identify opportunities, streamline processes, drive strategic retail initiatives, and support the execution of high-impact projects that push our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Execution

  • Lead, execute and manage a variety of cross-functional projects—both short- and long-term—that contribute to Qra’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
  • Scope, plan, and deliver initiatives that align with Qra’s goals and priorities.
  • Track timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure measurable outcomes

Strategic Retail Initiatives

  • Drive key initiatives that shape the evolution of Qra’s retail offering—spanning product development, merchandising innovation, customer experience enhancements, and in-store technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with across teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Finance & Operations to bring concepts to life from idea to launch.
  • Pilot and scale initiatives that strengthen Qra’s positioning as a future-forward grocer.

Business Process Innovation

  • Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in current workflows and operations.
  • Design and implement process enhancements that improve productivity, reduce complexity, and enable scalable growth.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across departments.

Business Development

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with Qra’s mission.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers, complementary brands, and external collaborators.
  • Lead initiatives that open new revenue streams, expand reach, and elevate brand value.

Data-Driven Opportunity Assessment

  • Analyze internal data, market trends, and consumer behavior to surface insights that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and well-scoped initiatives that deliver value.

Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment

  • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure consistent communication, alignment, and execution on shared goals and deliverables.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in project execution, business operations or equivalent
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives

Must Have:

  • Strong project coordination and execution capabilities
  • Analytical thinker—able to work with data and turn insights into action.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable working independently and across teams.
