Event & Roadshow Management

• Plan and execute internal & external events (roadshows, seminars, partner events, SKO)
• Coordinate venues, vendors, branding materials, and logistics
• Manage invitations, registration, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting

Marketing Planning

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage marketing calendar, campaigns, and budget
• Support service and solution promotion 
• Plan and execute online campaigns to support events and lead generation

Digital Marketing

• Manage digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, website, email campaigns)
• Plan and execute online campaigns to support events and lead generation
• Manage social media content calendar and posting schedule
• Optimize digital content for engagement, reach, and lead conversion 

 Branding, Content & Collateral

• Create and manage marketing materials:
• Flyers
• Brochures
• Catalogues
• Event decks and presentation slides
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials
• Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors when required

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or event management (ICT/Technology preferred)
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Hands-on with marketing materials and digital platforms
• 3yrs Experience
