1. Client Leadership
Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key clients
Lead talent acquisition planning aligned with business objectives
Deliver expert consultative advice and market intelligence
2. Advanced Talent Acquisition
Source, assess, and secure top-tier candidates for senior and specialized roles
Oversee complex recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality hires
Mentor junior consultants on candidate engagement and selection
3. Business Growth & Development
Drive new business through strategic prospecting and client management
Represent the company at industry events and forums
Collaborate cross-functionally to design tailored talent solutions
4. Market & Industry Authority
Maintain deep understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and salary data
Provide insightful guidance to clients and candidates for informed decision-making
about the requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
Proven track record of managing senior-level or specialized hires
Strong business development and client management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
