<li>Manage content (photos, hotel information, rates, and promotions) across all OTA platforms such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.</li>
<li>Ensure that room rates, allotments, and inventory are always up-to-date and accurate in both OTA systems and PMS/Channel Manager.</li>
<li>Analyse OTA performance reports and propose strategies to increase online room sales.</li>
<li>Communicate with OTAs regarding technical issues, promotions, reviews, or joint marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries or complaints from OTAs professionally and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Monitor guest reviews and coordinate feedback with hotel management for improvements.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing monthly reports related to OTA sales and occupancy rates.</li>
<li>Ensure that all campaigns or promotions proposed by OTAs are reviewed in terms of pricing and return for the hotel.</li>
<li>Regularly monitor the room rates and promotions offered by nearby hotels.</li>
<li>Ensure the total number of rooms listed on OTA platforms is constantly updated to avoid overbooking.</li>
<li>Maintain good communication with the hotel team to ensure accurate and timely updates of all campaigns and rates.</li>
<li>Consider timing and seasonality before launching promotions or changing rates on platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure no significant discrepancies in promotional rates across all OTA platforms.</li>
<li>Make sure that any verbally or email-communicated promotions by OTAs do not violate the hotel's minimum price policy for each room.</li>
<li>Maximise room revenue using Yield Management strategies – the right price at the right time.</li>
<li>Train and monitor Front Office staff at the hotel on OTA-related tasks to ensure self-reliance.</li>
