Job Description

1. Manage and coordinate room bookings, including the preparation of quotations, offer letters, and invoices related to customer reservations.
2. Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team by providing prompt feedback to inquiries, complaints, or customer needs. 
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager’s reference.
4. Maintain and update customer information in OTA/CRM systems regularly.
5. Support the sales team in implementing promotions, marketing activities, and preparation of sales materials 
6. Assist in coordinating site visits and managing group bookings effectively. 
7. Carry out administrative duties such as file management, letter preparation, and handling of sales-related forms 
8. Ensure compliance with sales SOPs and contribute to process improvements for better operational efficiency. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related fields

At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
