Work is An Adventure

Sales Engineer's role will be responsible to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations</li>
<li>Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers. Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels to the company. Close orders to achieve the goals and targets assigned. Responsible for payment collection.</li>
<li>Be proactive to liaise, develop relationship and influence customer(s) to maintain a long-term service relationship, ensure customer happiness at high level.</li>
<li>Provide general technical support to clients</li>
<li>Conduct cold calls and new business development.</li>
</ul>
