Job Description

• Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan
• Support manufacturing to meet all test out plan and KPI goals of unit cost, LOH and cost saving 
• In-house production line planning and test WIP management
• Drive critical tester OEE improvement 
• FPO issuance - issue Marking for non-Top Marked lots
• Require presenting shipment update in daily meeting and Operation Meeting
• Test WIP management - track all the test WIP closely and work with BU planning, production and engineering for disposition. Require some capacity knowledge for better WIP management

• Fresh graduate
• Able to communicate well with Customer (Ren Power), OSAT
• Co-ordination with inhouse Production,  Maintenance,  PE, BU planners
• Knowledge of Ms Excel,  Macro,  Power Point, Word
• Able to work on ad hoc request during weekend
• Requires some Capacity, OEE knowledge and extensive follow up with production, maintenance and engineering.
• Willing to learn and  take up the challenges.
