<li>To perform day to day administrative update duties, handle inquiries related to the purchasing including maintain record and documentation.</li>
<li>To coordinate with the warehouse teams on the scheduled order and stock delivery / receive status when necessary.</li>
<li>To communicate and support staff from various department regarding of the administrative request / task as needed.</li>
<li>To assist in general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments.</li>
<li>Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.</li>
<li>Monitoring inventory for stock replenish.</li>
<li>Updating all records of purchased products.</li>
<li>Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.</li>
<li>Standardize product dimension manufacturer drawings.</li>
