Key Responsibilities: 
Accounts Payable (AP) Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in entering supplier/vendor invoices into the accounting system (SQL)</li>
<li>Match invoices with supporting documents according to the SOP</li>
<li>Follow up with other departments for pending or incomplete documents</li>
<li>Help prepare payment vouchers under supervision</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of payment vouchers and related documents</li>
</ul>
General Accounting
<ul>
<li>Assist in data entry for journal entries and general ledger transactions</li>
<li>Support the preparation of bank reconciliation reports</li>
<li>Help compile supporting documents for external audit and tax agent</li>
<li>Support the tracking and recording of fixed assets or prepaid expenses if applicable</li>
</ul>
Tax and Administrative Task
<ul>
<li>Assist in compiling tax-related documents and summaries</li>
<li>Support research on current tax practices or compliance matters (e.g., SST, WHT, income tax)</li>
<li>Participate in finance projects, system updates or internal process improvements</li>
<li>Assist with any additional duties assigned by the superior or finance team</li>
</ul>
