<h4><strong>Cafe Operations</strong></h4>

<li>Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Assist in supervising service staff, kitchen crew, and baristas during shifts.</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and SOP standards are followed at all times.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Supervision &amp; Training</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift coordination.</li>
<li>Support training of service and kitchen staff to meet service and quality standards.</li>
<li>Guide junior team members and promote teamwork and positive working culture. </li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Operations &amp; Administration</strong></h4>

<li>Assist in daily sales reporting, stock monitoring, and basic cost control.</li>
