Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and have a passion for generating leads and sales in both domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will be given guidance and training to achieve the company’s target as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sales for domestic and international markets.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio to drive business growth.
  • Create engaging content related to products to generate interest from potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches or presentations that lead to sales closings.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, or new product launches.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up closely to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare monthly sales and activities reports for management review.
  • ⁠Assist in product development and related task.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • Mandarin speaking is mandatory for communication with China-based clients, fluency in English and BM is required; Other foreign languages are a plus
  • Responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and graphic design is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.

  • Travel & petrol allowance.
  • A base salary that reflects your skills & experience, with opportunities for negotiation based on your qualification & background.
  • With our commission structure, candidates are able to earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance.

Qualification:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Communication in Marketing, Media, Public Relations or Nutrition & Food Science graduate or any related field can be considered
