<li>Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts.</li>
<li>Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure raw materials and packaging are available, accounting for lead times and seasonal fluctuations.</li>
<li>Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of finished goods and raw materials to prevent overstocking or "stock-outs," specifically focusing on FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.</li>
<li>Capacity Planning: Analyze plant capacity to optimize production runs and minimize machine downtime.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Weekly planning meetings with Sales, Logistics, and Production.</li>
<li>Any ad-hoc tasks as instructed or assigned by the Superior or Management.</li>
