Job Description

 

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team, motivating them to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and monitor their progress, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance analysis, and key metrics to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to the sales team.
  • Continuously review and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage the sales department budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired results.
  • Evaluate the performance of individual sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.


Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.
  • Experience in key account sales, corporate sales is a plus point
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and presenting sales reports effectively.
  • Ability to present to customer CEO or top management with confident
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in Gps industry, fleet card industry, truck sales , tyre sales industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles in the sales process.
  • Posses own transport and are willing to travel within territory.
