<div class="based-on">Based In Based In Headquarter - Subang Jaya, Selangor</div> <div class="body">Job Description: ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure the Group’s risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable standards, including ISO 31000, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, and IFRS S1 &amp; S2, while aligning with the Group’s strategic priorities. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performing risk assessment, review, and action planning processes to identify key risk exposures and develop effective mitigation strategies. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Regularly review and monitor risk action plans in close collaboration with risk owners across the Group. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct PESTEL analyses to identify and evaluate emerging risks impacting the Group. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare annual risk reports for submission to the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies, recommending enhancements where necessary. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Facilitate risk workshops with process owners for integrated projects and the international portfolio. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drive Group-wide risk and opportunity assessment initiatives, ensuring proactive identification and management of strategic and operational risks. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Undertake special projects or ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior management. Requirements: ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Studies / Risk Management and Insurance or any related field. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CRMA / Certified ISO 31000 / CeIO – An added advantage. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and risk management principles. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent report-writing and presentation capabilities, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High business acumen, with balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational execution. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to view challenges from a “big picture” perspective while maintaining a keen eye for detail. </div>
